What else do I need to know?

To qualify, you must opt-In and then place a pre-game paid single spread bet of $20 or more on either the San Francisco 49ers or Arizona Cardinals for their game on 10/31/19 at 8:20 PM ET.

You will then be credited with $5 towards a Free Bet for every touchdown scored by your team (Treat) as well as $5 towards a Free Bet for every turnover committed by your team (Trick).

E.g. a $25 Free Bet for 3 Touchdowns and 2 Turnovers.

Your first spread bet on the game after opt-In is your eligible promotional bet – any subsequent spreads bets on the same game will not qualify for another Free Bet.
